Your donation have made the it possible to get us where we are today. With 10+ years of grass roots efforts, the Certificate of Need from SHDPA was approved in 2009. Since then the Developer has been taking the project forward to make it become a reality.

Stories of scary trips and late arrivals to Maui's distant hospital will soon become stories of the past.

Today we continue to raise funds. The corporate mission statements and objectives of WMIF, WMTA, and WMHMCF require funding and donations as they always have and will continue to require. Be reminded that donations will not benefit the development, building, or operation of the West Maui Hospital and Medical Center. Donations will be used specifically for the community resources and programs, and other projects as deemed appropriate by our by-laws and mission. The people of West Maui will thank you for generations to come. Donations should be made payable to the West Maui Improvement Foundation, which is a tax-exempt organization. A copy of the letter from the Internal Revenue Service Department can be found on a link on the right.
